Sculpt Pro Face Course - Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Enrollment:
a. To enroll in the Sculpt Pro Face Course, participants must complete the registration process, providing accurate and complete information.
b. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be communicated during the registration process. This deposit secures a place in the course and covers administrative costs.
2. Course Fees:
a. The total course fee is 650 euro inclusive of all materials and resources provided during the training.
b. A non-refundable deposit of 200 euro is required to secure a spot in the course. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
c. The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid in full by 14 days before course date. Failure to complete payment by this date will result in the forfeiture of the reserved spot.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
a. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
b. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date will result in the forfeiture of the entire course fee.
4. Rescheduling:
a. Participants may request to reschedule their course date up to 14 days before the original start date, subject to availability.
b. A rescheduling fee of 100 euro will be applied to cover administrative and logistical costs.
5. Course Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to attend the full day of theory and practical training. Punctuality is crucial for a comprehensive learning experience.
b. Any disruptive behaviour or failure to comply with the instructor's guidelines may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
c. The instructors reserve the right to modify the course schedule if necessary, ensuring the best learning experience for all participants.
6. Materials and Resources:
a. All necessary materials and resources for the course will be provided. Participants are encouraged to take notes during the theory sessions for future reference.
b. Participants are responsible for the care and timely return of any loaned materials. Any damage to or loss of materials may incur additional charges.
7. Certification:
a. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a AIT accredited Certificate of Completion, recognizing their dedication and proficiency in the learned techniques.
8. Liability:
a. The organizers and instructors are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the course.
b. Participants are encouraged to have their own liability insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
9. Photography and Recording:
a. Participants may not record or reproduce any part of the course without prior permission from both the organizers and fellow participants.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via the contact information provided during registration. It is the participant's responsibility to stay informed about any updates.
11. Non-Disclosure and Non-Teaching Agreement:
a. Participants of the Sculpt Pro Face Course acknowledge and agree that the techniques, methods, and materials provided during the course are proprietary and confidential.
b. Participants commit to refraining from creating, replicating, or teaching the techniques learned in this course to others without explicit written consent from the organizers.
c. Any violation of this agreement may result in legal action.
d. This non-disclosure and non-teaching obligation extend indefinitely beyond the duration of the course.
By enrolling in the Sculpt Pro Face Course, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment for all involved.
