SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
RETURN POLICY
Face Yoga by Agnes does not generally accept returns unless a product has been damaged during transit in such way that the damage renders the product unusable. However, each situation is different, and we are always willing to discuss the particulars. If you believe your item has been damaged in transit prior to use, please immediately send us a photo.
As a consumer, if you change your mind about a course, you purchased online , you have 14 days from entering into a service contract in which you can cancel it. This right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations applies regardless of whether the course will be taken online or in person.
