Please familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions before you place an order as we reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged.

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the  Face Yoga by Agnes online shopping website. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you should not use or access the website.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the  Face Yoga by Agnes website . All prices are in euro and include vat where applicable. All orders placed on the Face Yoga by Agnes website are subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will not be able to access details of your order online. For your own records please print out the order confirmation details.

5. Safety

If any manuals, patient information or safety instructions are provided with the products, you agree to read and follow carefully all the terms contained therein always. 6. Accordance with Specifications:

No contract will exist until we accept your order by email confirming that your order has been dispatched. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time the email is send whether or not you receive that email.

8. Claims, Returns and Cancellation Policy

When you purchase online you have a right to return a product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after the product has been delivered to you (cooling off period). Face Yoga by Agnes website has the right to cancel or change an order up until it is dispatched. If you are unhappy or product is defective upon delivery please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Notifications of a defective product must be made within 24 hours by email: info@faceyogabyagnes.com. No claims will be processed until the returned items are received at theFace Yoga by Agnes 40 Lansdowne Village Sandymount D04H304 , Ireland. The items remain your responsibility until we receive them.

9. Shipping and Postage

Shipping will be provided for EU countrys only. 
Orders are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are approximate only. For any products which are not delivered, you have the right to cancel the order. We will refund any money paid by you for this order. We will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you suffer if do not supply the order or if there is a delay in supplying the order. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.
